By default, all Network Level Administrators will receive email notifications for any csv file that has been uploaded via SFTP or any pending groups that need approval. A daily email (Optional) with all user contact information updates that occurred in the last 24 hours can be activated as well. This ensures network level administrators are able to update their records with the most current user data.


To manage receipt of these notifications, navigate to "Groups" icon in the top menu bar and choose "Members":

 Now search for the Network Admin you would like to receive or modify notifications for. Once the user is found Hover over that line and you will see a three-dot menu to the far right, click this menu and choose "Notification Settings"

Check or uncheck the appropriate boxes to modify which notifications you would like to receive.

Any Network Admin can change this setting for any other Network Level Admin.
