One of the recommended default settings for Emergency Alert groups is No Unsubscribes, this will ensure that schools meet federal requirements and that people receive your vital messages.
Users can choose not to receive TTS or text via their set preferences, but they will be required to receive emails.
Once you have logged into Regroup, choose the group that you would like to work with.
1. After you have chosen the desired group click on Settings.
2. From the group settings page select MEMBERS SETTINGS
3. Select: do not allow members to unsubscribe from this group. By checking this box you are not allowing any members to unsubscribe from this group. They cannot leave the group.
NOTE: By FCC regulations you must allow users to unsubscribe from Text/SMS and Text to Speech messages.
