The API TTS report section will appear in the left-hand column of the reports section if you have purchased the custom option to send Text-to-Speech messages to specific phone numbers.
To view the reports, click REPORTS from the menu at the top of any page and then click on API TTS:
The beginning of the message body appears as the title of the message. The first page shows how many TTS's were sent and if any failed, plus the date and time the call was delivered. Click on the title to view call details for each message:
Here you can see the phone number of who called, the duration of the call and whether you received a live answer, answering machine or if the call failed. If the report has not showed up yet, it will say queued in the Status column. You can also download a detailed report by clicking Export CSV in the upper right hand portion of the screen.
